Comfort and Fit Tips
Expect a secure fit: A binder should feel snug and supportive. It may feel restrictive at first, but it must not cause pain or stop you from breathing or moving comfortably. With regular wear, most people find their binder becomes easier to wear over time.
Take your time putting it on: Getting dressed may feel tricky at first. Place the binder over your head, guide your arms through and pull down from the back. Once on, adjust the chest tissue upward toward the neckline so compression is even and comfortable. If you cannot get into the binder at all, the size may not be right.
No bulky hardware for a reason: We avoid zippers and hook and loop fasteners because they can be uncomfortable, show through clothing and wear out quickly. Our binders are designed to feel smooth and supportive all day.
