Recommended Wear Time
Limit use to a maximum of 6 hours. For sensitive skin, start with shorter wear times of 3–4 hours to ensure comfort and safety.
Application Tips
Apply TrueTape to clean, dry, and lotion-free skin for optimal adhesion. Always protect sensitive areas, such as nipples, by using TrueTape Nipple Covers prior to application.
Stretch with Care
Avoid overstretching the tape during application to minimize the risk of irritation or blistering. Anchor the ends of the tape without tension for enhanced comfort and durability.
Proper Removal
Gently remove TrueTape using an oil-based product like TrueTape Jojoba Infused Tissue Oil. Allow the oil to soak into the tape before removal. Peel off slowly in the direction of application to prevent skin damage.
Skin Care
Incorporate rest days to let your skin recover between uses. After removal, soothe and hydrate your skin with TrueTape Repairing Balm or other gentle skin-care products.
Precautions
