For best results, we recommend alternating between the Essential Comfort Binder and the Essential Binder. Use the Essential Comfort for more frequent wear at home or in casual settings, and switch to Essential when you want sharper shaping for outings or special occasions.

When in between sizes, choose the larger option: A slightly larger binder will still support you while allowing safe breathing and skin comfort. Smaller is not better and may cause skin irritation or tissue strain.
Do not layer binders: Wearing two binders or combining a binder with a sports bra can place too much pressure on the chest and ribs. A single well-fitted binder is always safer.
Expect a secure fit: A binder should feel snug and supportive. It may feel restrictive at first, but it must not cause pain or stop you from breathing or moving comfortably. With regular wear, most people find their binder becomes easier to wear over time.
Take your time putting it on: Place the binder over your head, guide your arms through, and pull down from the back. Once on, adjust the chest tissue upward toward the neckline so compression is even. If you cannot get into the binder at all, the size may not be right.
No bulky hardware for a reason: We avoid zippers and hook-and-loop fasteners because they can be uncomfortable, show through clothing, and wear out quickly. Our binders are designed to feel smooth and supportive all day.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Gentle washing is best: Hand washing in cold water helps maintain elasticity. Cold machine washing is perfectly fine as well. Avoid hot water and tumble drying. Do not bleach or iron, and wash with like colours.
- Rotation increases durability: Wearing one binder daily will wear it out faster than alternating between two or more. Proper care extends performance.
- Expect natural stretch over time: With regular wear and washing, the fabric will gradually relax. A binder typically lasts about a year depending on frequency of use.
HOW TO USE A BINDER SAFELY
- Listen to your body: Binders should not be worn for longer than eight hours in a day. If you experience soreness, shortness of breath, or discomfort, take a break.
- Be binder-active with care: You can swim or exercise while wearing a binder if you monitor your comfort. Rinse well after salt or chlorine exposure. For gym or yoga, sizing up may help mobility.
- If you experience any chest pain or shortness of breath, remove your binder immediately.
- Binders may not completely flatten larger chests. Choose the size and style that works best for your body.
- Avoid sleeping in a binder: The body needs space to recover during rest. Always remove your binder before sleeping.

This is my first time ordering from here and can I just say, 10/10!!! The binder fits perfectly with enough room by the ribs which makes it easier to breathe, the bind on it is amazing, I’ve never seen my chest as flat as it is when I wear the binder. It is extremely comfortable which is amazing when moving around a lot or sitting for long hours. Definitely will buy again!
