Introducing our NEW Essential Binder. Inspired by our beloved Original Classic Binder (discontinued), this binder is designed to help you feel at home in your body while giving you maximum shaping when you’re out and about. Made from the same single-layer 100% cotton as the Original Classic, this binder now offers an improved fit at the neckline, armholes, and underbust.
For best results and garment longevity, we recommend alternating between the Essential Binder and the Essential Comfort Binder. Use the Essential Binder for moments when you want a polished, streamlined shape, and switch to the Essential Comfort Binder for situations where moderate support and wearability are preferred.

When in between sizes, choose the larger option: A slightly larger binder will still support you while allowing safe breathing and skin comfort.
Do not layer binders: Wearing two binders or combining a binder with a sports bra can place too much pressure on the chest and ribs.
Expect a secure fit: A binder should feel snug and supportive. It may feel restrictive at first, but it must not cause pain or stop you from breathing or moving comfortably.
Take your time putting it on: Place the binder over your head, guide your arms through, and pull down from the back. Adjust the chest tissue upward for even compression.
No bulky hardware for a reason: We avoid zippers and hook-and-loop fasteners as they can be uncomfortable and wear out quickly.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Gentle washing is best: Hand washing in cold water helps maintain elasticity. Cold machine washing is also fine. Avoid hot water and tumble drying.
- Rotation increases durability: Rotating between binders increases lifespan.
- Expect natural stretch over time: With regular wear and washing, the fabric will relax gradually.
HOW TO USE A BINDER SAFELY
- Listen to your body: Do not wear a binder for longer than eight hours. If you feel discomfort, take a break.
- Be binder-active with care: You can swim or exercise in a binder. Rinse well after salt or chlorine exposure.
- Remove your binder immediately if you experience chest pain or shortness of breath.
- Binders may not completely flatten larger chests. Choose a size and style that works best for your comfort and shape.
- Avoid sleeping in a binder: The body needs rest time without compression.

Snug and comfortable without feeling tight, it gives the best look. I’m definitely buying another one next year because this binder exceeded my expectations.
