Fitting a Binder

Unsure how to put your binder on? Read more below!
1. First and foremost, ensure you measure yourself using our sizing guide! 2. When fitting on your binder, lift the chest tissue upward toward your head and push gently to the sides, rather than downward toward your feet. Be careful not to adjust chest tissue into a completely unnatural position that could become uncomfortable over time. 3. If you're finding it difficult to pull your binder over your head, don't worry—this is completely normal. It's part of the process of getting the right fit for a secure and comfortable wear. 4. What you should not be experiencing is breathing issues! If you find your binder is far too tight, stop wearing the item immediately. 5. If you struggle to adjust your chest tissue in a comfortable manner (including individuals with a greater amount of tissue), it is advised to consider opting for our tall chest binder as this product provides a more comfortable fit for some. 6. Important tips for caring for your binder: - Do not wear your binder for longer than 8 hours. - Do not sleep in your binder. - Rinse directly after swimming. - Do not tumble dry.
